LEARN HOW TO CONTACT DATA HARVEST SUPPORT

If you have any questions regarding our products & services please contact us via our online support ticketing system, this is the fastest a most direct method of contacting us. We are happy to help you get the most from Data Harvest products and have a team of staff waiting to assist. 

Please also note that all Data Harvest products are covered by our five-year limited warranty and free product support for the lifetime of your product.

In this guide we will walk you through the process of creating a support ticket.

Support tickets are our preferred method of providing you with high quality support, and whilst telephone or email support are possible, it's important that you raise a ticket first so that we can give you the best support possible.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Simply login to your account to get started
  2. Now select "Support Tickets" from the left side menu, this page will show all of your existing tickets and the status of each ticket.
  3. To create a new ticket select "New Ticket"
  4. You will now see a text field area to enter your comments, please also choose a department and if necessary upload a supporting file, such as an image, pdf, es2 file
  5. Once you have completed the form, click on "Open New Ticket"
  6. You will then be redirected back to the main support ticket page where your ticket and ticket id will be listed, you can click on the ticket id to read through the ticket thread and post more details about your issues.

NOTIFICATIONS: You will receive an email when you submit a new ticket, respond to the ticket or receive a response from the support team. A member of the support team will respond directly to the ticket.
